About Us

We are a small men’s service club situated in Calgary and part of a National organization called the Canadian  Progress Club. www.progressclub.ca . Our membership numbers have fluctuated over the years but tend to stay in the 16-20 range. Most are long term members with our longest serving member going back to our original charter in 1973! We meet Tuesday’s throughout the year with a break over July and August.

Our goal is to help children through community service and various fundraising initiatives. We’ve all been fortunate and believe we should give a little back. Now that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun while we accomplish that. We’ve managed to achieve both by operating fundraising events where our guests and the club members have a  great time. At present, our main fundraising events are:

Just 4 Kidz Foundation

Founded  in 2002 by Stampede City to provide long term sustainable funding to Calgary Children’s Charities.
In 2007 we pledged $250 000.00 over 10 years to the Alberta Children’s Hospital A.C.E.T.S. program
